The Chief

Phildera Diazabakana

Passionate, this young Chef has a real talent for combining unexpected flavors with simplicity. He has acquired mastery of products in various Houses of excellence such as Citrus Etoile or Petrus, where finesse is essential. Self-taught and a bon vivant, he is just as adept at diverting traditional dishes that he concocted for his customers at the Restaurant la Mère Catherine, place des tertres.
